Never in my many years of working with a dealership for the purchase of a new car have I been as satisfied with the process as I was in dealing with Napleton's Palatine Mazda -formerly Roto Mazda -(except for the purchase price naturally). 
 
Jeremy seemed very dedicated in  keeping me  up to date in the procurement process and when delivery was due.  The car was ready when promised, the demonstration of the car features was thorough.  The financial paperwork was efficiently done with no high pressure sales pitch to buy an extra bumper or wheel. Everyone I met at the dealership wanted to be sure that I was satisfied with the transaction. 
 
I know you made a pretty good deal and I'm happy-  so what else is there?
