Professional, Quality in Everything, Finesse in the People Manner & General Environment, Kind Representatives, and they are also down-to-earth and make the customers feel relaxed and comfortable, like family or friends... I was shopping for a new Mazda and I checked online, and at 3 dealerships..I drove over 20 miles to Napleton's Palatine Mazda pursuing the model and color I wanted, but Most Importantly-I was pursuing Good or Great Customer Service and trying to find the place that would know how to treat the customer well, in order to give them my business. I was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic, super friendly salesman, Chris, who understood "customer service," and did everything possible to help me with intelligence, energy, and patience. You could see he enjoys his work! Also, the Manager, Chase, greeted me immediately after I was talking with his salesman. He was welcoming and nice and distinguished himself, compared to other dealerships. He later joined us again when I knew which car I wanted. Chase is quick to understand the customer - he listens carefully and assesses intelligently and thoughtfully, and then does his very best to extend the best possible offers and options. And I noticed a couple of things that were Optional that I did not want and I told them, and they took them off without hesitation. I also want to commend Victor, in Finance, who is very professional, nice, patient, and helpful in handling the financial matters for the purchase. When you ask him questions or need an explanation for something, he gives you a straightforward and honest answer. I had a really positive experience there and left knowing I had gone to the right place. I felt like we were now friends ... I decided to buy the car that day, but I had to wait until the next day to bring in something I didn't have with me.

Courteous, prompt and professional experience with the service department. Very thorough and detailed while also being efficient. Service cost for what was needed was a little higher than average, but the quality of service helped make up for that.

Family was in a pinch looking for a new car, and checked out a few dealerships. We tried the Mazda in Schaumburg, but the cars were messy on the inside-literally found cracker crumbs and half-empty water bottles in them. Luckily, we found a vehicle at Napleton's Palatine Mazda, and the experience was night and day. Their cars were noticeably clean and well taken care of. We got a great price on a CX-90 that included every feature we wanted. Parth helped us out and he was amazing—super friendly, very personable, and answered every question we had. He was also fast at responding to texts whenever we had a question, whereas the Mazda in Schaumburg never even called us back. The whole buying process was pretty quick and we are glad to have found the CX-90 we did.

Called ahead to confirm a specific vehicle was available before driving approximately an hour to the dealership. Upon arrival, we located the vehicle on the lot ourselves, only to be told moments later that it had “just been sold to a vendor” 5–10 minutes earlier. What made the experience frustrating was the immediate pivot into “let me show you what else we have on the lot” instead of acknowledging the inconvenience and wasted time. I understand cars sell. That happens. But if a customer is actively on the way after confirming availability, there should be better communication and professionalism involved. No issue with losing out on a car — the issue was the handling of the situation and the obvious sales tactic afterward. Disappointing experience overall.
