I had the opportunity to visit the dealership and had an amazing experience. I got in touch with Mark who was in sales. He went above and beyond to help me with the vehicle that I express my interest. He went through the vehicle detailed and did multiple test drive. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a test drive the car. Vehicle was for my son so I wanted to make sure safety features were the most valuable for me. I bought my CX-30 from Napletons back in 2020 and was very happy with the whole experience. My wife and I just purchased a PHEV CX-90 this past week from them and again had a great experience. Terrible with follow up even though he said call me any time if you have question. Yet he has not responded to my 2 voicemail. GM Malik did good job with follow up. Over all great experience and be ready to ask all the questions to finance team so you don’t wait for response.
