Great buying experience with both Malik, Kamila and Victor from Palatine Mazda. Comms was simple, transparent and very fair. Today I dealt with Chris G from Napelton’s Palatine Mazda. While I did not purchase a vehicle because my value didn’t quite match their price. However I am leaving a 5-star review because Mr. Chris was truly transparent and professional. My biggest woe with buying a car is sales teams who blatantly hide things. Chris was very transparent and knowledgeable. I even gave him an opportunity to be non-transparent and he corrected me in a positive way. I wish we made it happen, but writing this review because Chris deserves some appreciation.
