Great buying experience with both Malik, Kamila and Victor from Palatine Mazda. Comms was simple, transparent and very fair. Very much appreciated the efficiency, not being treated like this was my first car purchase. Mark and Donie ensured I got the most efficient and welcoming service possible. They got me a new car lease in less than a week, worked with me through out the whole application, and got me the best possible deal. I bought my CX-30 from Napletons back in 2020 and was very happy with the whole experience. My wife and I just purchased a PHEV CX-90 this past week from them and again had a great experience. They got us a fantastic deal and everyone was very friendly. Mark, our salesman, wasn’t pushy and was very helpful and up front with everything. Today I dealt with Chris G from Napelton’s Palatine Mazda. While I did not purchase a vehicle because my value didn’t quite match their price. However I am leaving a 5-star review because Mr. Chris was truly transparent and professional. My biggest woe with buying a car is sales teams who blatantly hide things. Chris was very transparent and knowledgeable. I even gave him an opportunity to be non-transparent and he corrected me in a positive way. I wish we made it happen, but writing this review because Chris deserves some appreciation.

I had an amazing experience at Napleton's Palatine Mazda, thanks to Maryna! I wasn't planning on buying today, but Maryna and the whole team made the process so clear and straightforward. Even though I live in Naperville, I gladly drove nearly an hour because of the exceptional experience I had with this dealership—and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived, Maryna made us feel welcome. She came outside to greet my dad and me, took the time to sit down and understand exactly what I was looking for, and never once made me feel pressured into making a purchase. That immediately set this dealership apart from several others I had visited, where the focus seemed to be on closing a sale rather than understanding the customer's needs. Throughout the process, Maryna was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I was shopping for a new Mazda online and at 3 dealerships..I drove over 20 miles to Napleton's Palatine Mazda pursuing the Model and Color that I wanted, which they had, and I was looking for Excellent Customer Service, which I did not find at my home suburban dealership, nor at another one I went to. The Salesman that assisted me in Palatine, Chris G., understood "great customer service," and he did everything possible to help me, with enthusiasm, intelligence, energy, and consideration. He enjoys his work and he sincerely likes, and wants to help people! Also, the Manager, Chase, greeted me immediately after I was talking with Chris, as you would hope and expect, but which does not happen at all other dealerships!! He was welcoming and nice, casually, which made me feel comfortable. In all our interactions, he distinguished himself by his approach and manner among other dealerships' Managers. Chase is quick to understand the customer. I noticed a couple of things that were optional, which I did not want, and he removed them without hesitation. He did his Very Best to extend the best possible offers and options and I felt confident of that quickly. Also, Victor, in Finance, is very professional, nice, patient, and helpful in handling the financial matters for the purchase. When you ask him questions or need an explanation for something, he gives you a straightforward and honest answer. I quickly and happily bought my car there and I left feeling like we were all friends because that is how they make you feel.

Courteous, prompt and professional experience with the service department. Very thorough and detailed while also being efficient. Service cost for what was needed was a little higher than average, but the quality of service helped make up for that.

Family was in a pinch looking for a new car, and checked out a few dealerships. We tried the Mazda in Schaumburg, but the cars were messy on the inside-literally found cracker crumbs and half-empty water bottles in them. Luckily, we found a vehicle at Napleton's Palatine Mazda, and the experience was night and day. Their cars were noticeably clean and well taken care of. We got a great price on a CX-90 that included every feature we wanted. Parth helped us out and he was amazing—super friendly, very personable, and answered every question we had. He was also fast at responding to texts whenever we had a question, whereas the Mazda in Schaumburg never even called us back. The whole buying process was pretty quick and we are glad to have found the CX-90 we did.
